As I waited, for the perfect light, in this 1000 year old structure that the Anasazi Indians built, I was reminded how short time is for all of us. We are all passing through the doorways of life. Some of our doorways, that we are in right now, are exciting and fresh, filled with fun and warmth. While others are filled with pain and the proverbial storm that never seems to go away. I just went through one of those doorways and it changed my life forever. Filled with horrors of Abuse and unspeakable injustices, I struggled to comprehend people and their actions. But, like this picture, theres other doorways ahead. And through it all, I was blessed to make it out completely changed, not frustrated, not bitter, with no regrets and most of all free. I take no credit for myself, but give it all to God! During this heavy time of constant change, confusion and wonder, there are many hurting. Just like I was. But, like this picture there is hope with an ending. It might not come out the way we want it too, The doorways might not be as straight as we would have liked. but there is a light at the end of a long tunnel. Its going to take some work to get through it. And in the end, take it from me, the "Inner Peace" is all worth it! Hang in there my friends and be safe.
